QALI Clip-ins come in 3 simple rows for easy installation. Here's how:
1. Create clean sections using a comb, and prep with a texturizing spray or powder to add grit and hold.
2. Backcomb the section to create an anchor for your clips.
3. Apply the clip-ins to your section.
Detailed instructions and visual placements can be found on the inside of your QALI Clip-In bag.
Unopened sets can be exchanged for a different shade or length within 30 days of purchase. All ties at the top must be intact and in original condition for the exchange to be accepted.
Opened or worn sets are final sale, for hygiene reasons.

Frequently asked questions
Clip-ins are great for long or short hair, and for people who want volume, not just length. If you don't want longer locks, just extra thickness, use only 1 or 2 rows instead of all 3. If you're adding length, you may only need 2 rows if your hair is fine, or all 3 for maximum length and volume.
Our clip-ins come in 10 shades matching a broad range of hair colours. Since they're human hair, they can be professionally coloured by a hairstylist — but we only recommend darkening or toning them. It depends on how often you wear them and how you care for them. We recommend washing with salon-quality products every 3-4 wears and always using a leave-in treatment and heat protectant. With proper care, you could get years of wear out of your clip-ins.
Our QALI Clip-Ins are just 3 high-density rows — super easy to install, even if you've never worn clip-ins before. If your hair is fine, you may only need 2 rows, which also makes them last longer.
For a seamless blend, your hair should at least touch your shoulders — the shorter and blunter your hair, the harder it is to blend naturally. We recommend seeing an experienced hairstylist to blend the extensions with your natural hair — we offer this service at QALI if you're in Vancouver.
Most orders ship within 1 business day. In Canada, expect 3-5 business days; in the US, 3-7 business days. All clip-in orders ship free.
