Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays.

CANADA

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for orders within BC, $10.00 for orders within Canada valued under $100.00 and free shipping for orders valued over $100.00.

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect shipping information or packages that are not delivered by our shipping providers. 

USA

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 CAD for orders within the USA valued under $499.00 CAD and free shipping for orders valued over $500 CAD.

Please note that orders can sometimes be held by customs on entry into your country which can impact delivery times. You are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping charges for International orders (outside Canada & USA) are calculated at checkout.
