We want you to love your QALI Clip-Ins.

Unopened sets — Exchange for a different shade or length within 30 days. All ties at the top must be intact and in the original condition for exchanges and returns.
Wrong shade? — If your QALI Clip-Ins arrive and the shade isn't right, contact us within 14 days at hello@qali.com. We'll work with you to find the right match.
Opened or worn sets — Final sale, for hygiene reasons.
Not sure of your shade before ordering? Take our shade quiz or order a Colour Ring with exact swatches of all 10 shades. We'll refund the cost of the ring against your first set.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@qali.com to arrange this.
