The Fall ReBrand Giveaway

1. Sponsors

The Fall ReBrand Giveaway (the "Contest") is jointly sponsored by:

• QALI Beauty Inc., 236 E Georgia St #101, Vancouver, BC V6A 1Z7 (hello@qali.com)
• Plain Jane Skin Bar, 1970 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 1M5
• Summer Club, 207 W Hastings St #1004, Vancouver, BC V6B 1H7

(together, the "Sponsors"). QALI Beauty Inc. administers the Contest. Questions about the Contest can be sent to hello@qali.com.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins when the entry page at qali.com is published and ends on October 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Contest Period"). Entries received after the Contest Period ends will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, owners and contractors of the Sponsors, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

The prize is made up of in-person services in Vancouver, British Columbia. By entering, you confirm that you are able to travel to Vancouver at your own expense to receive them.

4. How to Enter

Visit the Contest entry page at qali.com and submit the entry form with your first name and a valid email address. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will not count, and entrants who use multiple email addresses or automated methods to enter may be disqualified.

Opting in to receive marketing emails from the Sponsors is optional and is not required to enter or to win.

5. Prize

There is one (1) Grand Prize, made up of:

• From QALI: one extensions membership, including one set of QALI hair extensions and six (6) months of maintenance appointments at the QALI studio. Shade, length and set size are selected during an in-studio consultation. Colour services and any other services not listed here are not included.
• From Plain Jane Skin Bar: one facial (laser or basic) of the winner's choice from Plain Jane Skin Bar's current service menu.
• From Summer Club: one spray tan.

Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $2,800 CAD.

Each service must be booked directly with the Sponsor providing it, is subject to availability, and must be first redeemed by January 31, 2027. The six months of QALI maintenance begin on the date of the first extensions installation. Travel, accommodation, gratuities and any other costs not listed above are the winner's responsibility. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any part of the prize that is not redeemed by the deadline is forfeited. If a part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor providing it may substitute a service of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on October 21, 2026 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced publicly on Friday, October 23, 2026, once they have been confirmed.

7. Winner Notification and Requirements

The selected entrant will be contacted by email at the address used to enter. To be declared the winner, they must:

1. reply within 48 hours of the notification email being sent;
2. correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
3. sign a declaration and release confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules, and releasing the Sponsors from liability connected with the Contest and the prize.

If the selected entrant does not meet these requirements, they will be disqualified, and the Sponsors may select another eligible entrant at random.

With the winner's consent, the Sponsors may publish the winner's first name and city on their websites and social media accounts.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form is shared by the three Sponsors and is used to run the Contest and contact the winner. Entrants who tick the optional opt-in box agree to receive marketing emails from each Sponsor and can unsubscribe from any Sponsor at any time using the link in that Sponsor's emails. Entrants who do not opt in will not be added to any Sponsor's marketing list. Each Sponsor handles personal information according to its own privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy law.

9. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
• The Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems.
• The Sponsors may modify, suspend or end the Contest if it cannot run as planned for reasons outside their reasonable control, such as fraud, technical failures or tampering, subject to applicable law.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsors are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Contest or from accepting or using the prize. All services are provided under each Sponsor's usual service terms, including any consultation, patch test or health screening required.
• This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
• The Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
