To keep things simple, we have 2 lengths to choose from. Clip ins can be worn 'as they are' out of the bag, but we recommend having them custom blended (cut) by a hairstylist for a perfectly seamless look.

If you're looking for length and impact, this is the product for you! For maximum length and volume, wear all 3 rows. If you want to add some thickness to your already-long locks, just use 2 rows.

ARE EXTENSIONS ONLY FOR LONGER HAIR? WHAT IF I ONLY WANT VOLUME?
Our clip ins are perfect if you are just looking for volume. Some of our clients will only use 1 or 2 of the rows each time they wear them. The great part is that your clip ins will last much longer this way!
Pro Tip: If you only want volume, get the length closest to your current hair length and then have your stylist cut them to match your hair.
CAN THEY BE COLOURED?
Our clip ins come in 10 shades that match a broad range of hair colours. Since the extensions are human hair, they can be coloured, but we only recommend darkening or toning them. Do not try to lift or lighten the extensions with bleach, this will damage them and have unpredictable results.
Since the hair we use is 100% human hair the colour will shift overtime, the same way your natural hair does. Darker shades will lighten up on the ends and blonde shades will warm up so we recommend booking in for a tone with your stylist whenever you feel like the colour needs a refresh.
If you change your hair colour drastically, we recommend ordering a new set.
CAN YOU WEAR YOUR HAIR UP?
Yes! We have a video tutorial with a clever way to do a flirty high pony with clip ins.
WILL THEY DAMAGE MY HAIR?
When clip ins are installed correctly, they should not damage your hair. Damage can occur if they are pulled too right when styling or bushing.
We never recommend sleeping in clip in extensions. They are meant to be worn temporarily.
If your hair is thinning or you have extremely delicate hair, you may want to consult with your hairstylist before trying clip in extensions.
We've seen it all at our flagship salon, so if you aren't sure, you can always ask us! :)
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
Our pricing is based on length and colour. Lighter colours are more expensive due to the colouring process.

WHERE DOES THE HAIR COME FROM?
Our hair is ethically-sourced Mongolian hair. What does that mean? Our hair only comes from donors who are selling their hair by choice. The people selling their hair are compensated directly.
Ethics are important to us, so we are in the process of providing our customers with more transparency in the sourcing process and supply chain. Stay tuned!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping in the USA & Canada is free. International rates are calculated at checkout.

WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you receive your clip ins and they don't match, you can exchange them within 14 days as long as the ties at the top are not tampered with.
Shipping on exchanges is complimentary if we colour matched you incorrectly. If you ordered the shade without our assistance, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
For hygenic reasons, we cannot return or exchange clip ins if the ties at the top are removed or damaged.
If you change your mind, we have a 14 day return policy. The purchaser must pay for the return shipping. All ties at the top must be intact and the clip ins must be in the original packaging.
SHADE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you use our colour match service and your extensions don't match your hair, we offer a complimentary exchange. Just ensure that the ties at the top of the clip ins aren't removed.
Want a custom root melt or tone? We can do that too! Simply add it to your order and checkout. We will contact you with the next steps.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CLIP INS

STORE IN REUSABLE BAG
Your QALI Clip Ins come in a reusable back (no wasteful packaging here!) that you can store them in when they aren't in use.
Simply secure them at the top with an elastic and braid them to keep them tidy and tangle free. Make sure they are fully dry when you store them.

WASH EVERY 3-5 WEARS
To keep your clip ins clean and happy, make sure you are washing them with salon quality shampoo and conditioner every 3-5 wears. If there is any product build up on them (hairspray, dry shampoo), they should be washed before wearing.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS
Only use salon quality shampoo and conditioner that is free from sulphates and parabens. Always use a heat protectant product when using hot tools and a deep conditioning mask on them if they feel dry. Use finishing oils on the ends when you are done styling for the perfect finish.
