FAQ
What's the difference between the two plans?
"Membership + Hair" includes new QALI extensions, installed as part of your membership, plus every maintenance visit after. "Maintenance Only" is for members who don't need new hair right now and just want ongoing upkeep — no hair cost included.
How long is the membership?
Six months, billed as six equal monthly payments rather than one lump sum.
How often will I be seen?
Maintenance is scheduled roughly every 6 weeks for the length of your membership, with a 5-week minimum between appointments.
Does it include the install and blend?
Yes — your membership includes your install and blend appointment, plus every maintenance visit after that (5 appointments total across your 6-month term). Appointments should be scheduled at least 5 weeks apart, to keep your hair and scalp healthy.
Is tip included in the price?
Yes — every maintenance price you see already has the tip built in, so there's no separate calculation at checkout.
Can I prepay for my hair?
Yes — pay for your hair upfront instead of folding it into your monthly payments, and you'll get 15% off the hair cost. It's still QALI hair either way — this just changes how you pay for it.
What if I don't need new hair right now?
You can still sign up for a hair membership and get your new hair whenever you're ready, then switch back to à la carte pricing after your 6 months are up — or join as a maintenance-only (service only) membership instead.
Do I get to choose my stylist?
Yes. Lauren and Kirstyn both take membership clients, priced according to their experience level — you can compare both in the calculator above.
Is it always with my stylist?
Yes, except your monthly blowout — those are always with Lauren.
Does it include trims?
No — haircuts are an additional charge, not included in membership.
Why only 20 spots?
We want every member to get the highest level of care and attention, not to be squeezed into a packed schedule. Once we're in the groove with this first group, we'll gradually open more spots.
How do I book my appointments?
You don't have to — concierge booking means we schedule every maintenance visit for you across your 6-month term. Upon signup, we can book all your appointments in advance, and they can be adjusted later if needed. Concierge booking is optional, if you'd rather book each visit yourself.
What happens after my 6 months are up?
We'll be in touch before your term ends to talk through renewing or adjusting your plan.
