Shipping & Returns
All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding orders made on weekends and public holidays. Customers will be notified of any back orders or delays.
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for orders within Canada valued under $99.99 and free shipping for orders valued over $100.00. Shipping for hot tools is a $10 flat rate within Canada.
Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days, dependant on the delivery schedule of Canada Post. Please get in touch with us if you are waiting on a parcel that has not arrived within 5 working days or to request faster shipping (extra fees may apply).
We charge a flat rate of $15.00 CAD for orders within the USA valued under $499.00 CAD and free shipping for orders valued over $500 CAD.
Please note that orders can sometimes be held by customs on entry into your country which can impact delivery times. You are responsible for any duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
Shipping charges for International orders (outside Canada & USA) are calculated at checkout.

Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of our clip in extensions, the wrong colour. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange this.
