BOOKING POLICY
Please take note of our strictly enforced cancellation policy. We understand that from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. We do ask that you give us 48 hours notice of postponement or cancellation and we will happily rebook your appointment.
If an appointment is postponed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the services you were booked for.
No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged the full amount of the service. There is a $15 no-show or late cancel fee for complimentary services.
