BOOKING POLICY
Please take note of our strictly enforced cancellation policy. We understand that from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. We require 48 hours notice for postponement or cancellation of your appointment. 72 hours notice is required for all bookings over 3 hours.
If an appointment is postponed or cancelled with less than the full notice period we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the services you were booked for.
No shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the service.
Please note we are a cash-free salon! We happily accept major credit and debit cards for payment.
QALI MICROWEFT EXTENSION PRICING
Consultations are required for all extension bookings. The fee for a consultation is $30. If you are unsure if your hair is suitable for semi permanent extensions, please feel free to email us a photo of your hair for a free assessment.
The amount of hair required is determined by your natural hair length and density. For more information on how much hair is required you can read our guide here.

Our Micro-weft extensions require maintenance every 5-7 weeks. Services do not include a wash or style, but can be booked as an additional service.
Plese note that our maintenances are only for QALI extensions. We cannot preform maintenance on extensions applied at other salons.
